Mr. Lynch received a B.A. in International Relations and a Minor in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1995 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame in 2006.  He is admitted to practice law in the state of California and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.

In 1995, Mr. Lynch was commissioned as an officer in the United States Navy.  Upon completion of flight training, Mr. Lynch did two overseas deployments, in 2001 with the USS ENTERPRISE and in 2003 with the USS THEODORE ROOSEVELT.  During these deployments, Mr. Lynch flew missions in support of Operations Southern Watch, Enduring Freedom, and Iraqi Freedom.  After his second deployment, Mr. Lynch left active duty to attend law school at the University of Notre Dame on an academic scholarship.  Mr. Lynch now serves as a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Naval Reserve here in San Diego.

Previously, Mr. Lynch practiced law in San Diego with Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps LLP, a prestigious and well-established firm in San Diego and California.  At this firm, Mr. Lynch gained invaluable experience in a broad range of civil matters, including real estate litigation, real estate transactional, corporate transactional, business litigation, labor and employment, bad faith insurance litigation, and various pro bono asylum cases.

Recently, Mr. Lynch has counseled clients in a wide variety of legal matters. Mr. Lynch has a passion to help small businesses and entrepreneurs to grow and to resolve the myriad legal issues that they encounter.
